Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for an intern to join Sustainability Competence Center (SCC) team at Corporate Technology Center (CTC) in Poland, Kraków. Here we perform life cycle assessments (LCA) for wide range of ABB’s products. It is a unique opportunity for you to work on international projects in interdisciplinary scientific teams. You will execute assigned activities based on global and local procedures.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
Your responsibilities:
• Collection and analysis of input data for LCA models • Updating and maintaining materials data Creating and modifying materials and processes for LCI • Analysis and interpretation of LCA results • Extracting requested information from internet sources
Qualifications for the role
Student of 3rd or 4th year of faculty related to environmental science/technology General knowledge of sustainable development subjects Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment methodology Good knowledge of English, allowing to easily read technical documents (ISO standards) Nice to have: knowledge of SimaPro software or similar, advanced skills in excel
